Hi pack, Meant to post this yesterday but was so busy! We will be closed today for the holiday. Stay safe, have fun and don't forget to be mindful of all the pets out there that get stressed out this time of year! Keep them inside tonight and make sure they have their identification on and your yard is secure. We have had a great first month back after the lock down and would like to thank everyone for waiting for us and being so kind, patient and generous. We really appre...ciate you. We expect things will level off but we're still booking about three weeks out so call us before you think you need Us! We have also decided not to groom cats at this time. We will honor anyone who booked before we made the decision but will not be taking new cats for the time being. We will continue to evaluate the situation and keep you posted on when we feel comfortable resuming that service. Also a reminder, we ask that only one person enters the shop at a time with a mask. We will be getting a doorbell to make it easier for us to hear you if we're in the back but in the meantime, knock if we don't see you! We'll still do nails without an appointment but please call first so we know you are coming. Hey y'all, time for an update. After talking to family and professionals we have decided to wait to reopen till the first week of June. With Lance's COPD and other health issues between us we think it's the best thing to do. I will be calling everyone who has left a message in the next couple of days to make appointments and reschedule anyone who already had one. We will open with strict social distancing to help keep us all safe. We will discuss hair cuts etc in advance and... either meet you at the door or come to your car for pick up, drop off and payment. We will wear masks and ask that you do the same. We're still happy to do walk in nail trims but we will be keeping the door locked so you will have to knock and we'll come get your kiddo while you wait outside. If you can call first that would be even better! If you have traveled or have been ill we ask that you wait two weeks before scheduling an appointment. Hi pack, we're surviving, Hope you are too! Doing all the right things and applying for them too! I have been checking the messages but haven't returned calls because 1. Some of you didn't leave call back numbers, I am checking from home so I can't see the caller ID to figure out your number. Please leave me a number even if you think I have it! 2. I don't really know what to say, we had been tentatively scheduling but with the extension we don't know when we will reopen. Hopefully by mid May. I don't want to schedule everyone and then have to cancel again. As soon as we know I will call everyone and get those babies on the books! And yes, we are still non essential in the city. Stay safe, stay well and we'll hopefully see you all soon!

Good morning pack, due to the shelter in place order for St. Louis we will unfortunately have to close until it is lifted. We are heartbroken and nervous about it but know that it is the best thing for us to do to help stop the spread of the virus. We will be calling everyone who has anappointment over the next couple of days to tentatively reschedule. I think that if anyone needs emergency pet sitting we can still do that. We will be looking into what kinds of relief are available for businesses like ours and with luck and support from people like you we'll get through this. Good morning pack, we figured we should update you all as to what is going on with us during this time of crisis. We will be open for business as usual as long as we are able. We will close if we are asked or if we don't have bookings. We are taking everything very seriously and will be stepping up our cleaning procedures as well as having hand sanitizer available. We ask that if you have traveled or have been ill that you wait two weeks before scheduling an appointment. We want to keep everyone as safe as possible. Don't forget your mom and pop shops, we will all be hard hit. Hopefully we'll all get through this together. We'll let you know of any changes as we move forward. Recently we have had a couple of suggestions to change our hours on Saturday. I have posted this before, but thought it worth repeating. We are by appointment Wednesday through Saturday starting at 8:30. We typically work till around six. We don't have a set closing time. Sometimes if we're slow we knock off early and if we're crazy busy we stay late, sometimes till after 8pm! Facebook doesn't have an option to state that, so we chose six as our closing time as we are usually here till then. We love walk in nail trims but it's why we say it's always a good idea to call first, just in case we are having an early day. Hope this helps with any confusion about our hours! Woof!
