Here is some GOOD NEWS for USDA! We can now do a fixer upper on USDA or sell your property even if there are needed repairs. This is exciting news for USDA buyers that have been limited by minor repairs from buying homes that would be otherwise acceptable. Call me for details at 573-592-8900.
