Latest projections from NWS Springfield has the highest risk of severe weather in southern Missouri. Our area is in the area deemed "slight risk" of severe weather and flash flooding. Even though we are not in the projected area of the severe weather you should remain alert to changing weather patterns. This would also be a good time to ensure your home and workplace are prepared for severe weather as we enter the season.
