I apologize in advance for using foul language, but there is SNOW in the forecast. Just a friendly reminder- if indeed wintery weather hits and schools are closed, Maples Realty will be, also. If it’s not safe for school , it’s not safe for me!

I love seeing all the pretty Christmas decorations and lights out there! BUT (ya.... sadly, I’m THAT girl....) if you live in a COA, HOA, or POA, make sure you know the rules before you get carried away. Many, especially condo associations, prohibit outdoor decor. 2020 had been a bummer and we could all use some holiday cheer, but not at the expense of a fine for breaking the rules.

‘Tis the season. Who grew up with an aluminum Christmas tree & color wheel? Sure wish I had a turntable for it.
