6 years ago this month we launched M&S Electric. Starting with long days where both Ben and I worked in the field all day the office in the evening. Late nights with my wife working on take offs for bids with me. Every ounce of sweat, labor and blood has been worth it. I am so thankful to our family for supporting the crazy life that comes with it sometimes. I am thankful to our clients and partners because you guys we get to work with cool people on fun projects. To our staff you guys are the best and we wouldn’t be where we are without you. I can’t wait to see what the next 6 years and beyond brings.

Catching up on some paperwork this evening when the boss came in to give me my review!!!

At the end of last year I posted about our year and what our goal for this year was. In that I set out to be relational, with our clients and with our staff. As I sit here today reflecting and reviewing our year I can say we achieved it. I am so proud of this team, of the work they do. All the work aside I am most proud because of how our team cares for each other. Through out the year some of our team had some hard times and I saw people step up and walk with them surround t...hem with support. I saw people not question the situations just jump in. This to me is humbling, while we are a business and have to make money ultimately we are people and have to love each other well first. The CEO of Etsy said - Performance more often comes down to cultural challenge rather than simply a technical one. Good work team I am so proud of you all and excited for 2020!! Our goal for 2020 is similar to 2019 - Continue to grow a culture of being relational with our own team and clients. Stay humble in our success and keep going forward!
