Here’s a little bit of our story! Let us introduce you to some of our favorite cows. These are local dairy cows which produce the milk especially for Mae’s Gelateria. By having our own local milk producing cows we are not only supporting our local dairy farmers, but also able to choose cows that produce milk with a very precise milk fat content. These cows make some of the most delicious milk and gelato you will ever taste!
