modern architecture is our thing but so is bettering st. louis. for a couple years we’ve been working with @delmarmakerdistrict @doug.auer @jimmckelvey1 to completely reconstruct a number of dilapidated old brick houses north of #thedelmardivide. it hasn’t been without struggles but it’s satisfying to work towards improving the built environment.

nearing completion of our new office in @delmarmakerdistrict with #corten facade wrapping up now. silver right now but in a couple weeks will turn fiery red and eventually mellow into a rusty brick color/texture
