We are very excited to announce that effective today March 19, 2021 the 41st Judicial Circuit is now in Phase 3. All court will be in person unless prior approval. Screening procedures at the court facility entrances are no longer required. Face masks or coverings are required per Phase 3 under Missouri Supreme Court COVID-19 Operational Directive.

We are very pleased to announce that effective today March 5, 2021 the 41st Judicial Circuit is now in Phase 2. We can now accept in person payments. Face masks or coverings are required per Phase 2 under Missouri Supreme Court COVID-19 Operational Directive.

Our office will be closed on Tuesday, February 16th, 2021 due to inclement winter weather and hazardous road conditions. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Everyone stay safe and keep warm!

The Macon County Circuit Clerks Office will be closed on Friday February 12, 2021 in observance of Lincoln’s Birthday and Monday February 15, 2021 in observance of Presidents Day.
