Red Flag: If anyone calls you on the telephone claiming to represent a famous company, and says that they've detected a problem with your computer and you need to pay them to fix it, hang up and keep hanging up if they call back. NO legitimate business does that sort of thing. The person calling you is a thief out to rob you.

Macon Computer Repair is the local UPS drop-off location. I accept pre-labeled packages with no service charge, or I can generate a shipping label for you.

I specialize in residential and small business computer services, although as a single-person shop I cannot normally perform on-site service. My business hours are 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and I'm closed over the weekend. The shop is located at 302-A N. Missouri Street in Macon, Missouri. I work on computer hardware and software problems, perform tune-ups, and remove malware and malicious adware. I work on laser printers, game consoles, cell phones, and tablets.
