Hey everyone I really need help. I listed a stunning house at 3565 Imperial Hills Dr in Imperial and have had NO showings and it’s almost 30 days on market!!! Yikes!! I need feedback on what am I doing wrong!!! Please run thru and give me your thoughts or if you have buyers in the $360k range. It’s 374,900 and I just advised him to lower to 369,900. Any help/feedback would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you all!!!
