This 24 unit was built in or around 1929. It was a first class apartment building and still has most of the original woodwork, glass doorknobs, built in cabinets, pocket doors, etc. The common entrances have marble steps and riser and stained glass windows.

When purchased, there were only 8 units rented. Most of the plumbing stacks were unusable thereby shutting down many units. Frozen plumbing and subsequent water damage wreaked havoc on floors, ceilings, walls, etc. These are some of the before pics.
