So it occurred to me late yesterday that in the hustle and bustle of our first official day back... I missed our 6 YEAR Anniversary! Precision Dental officially opened for patient care on June 5, 2014, and in perfect irony our re-opening post Covid shutdown was also June 5, 2020! Our opening yesterday looked a little different... our attire is different, but so is the office! We got to come back to our incredibly renovated office!!! I feel so blessed to be surrounded by the ...most incredible team!!! These girls have been the most supportive, selfless and helpful crew as we navigated being closed for 2 1/2 months. They came back as eager as ever to serve our patients in spite of the fact that coming back means layers and layers of extra Personal Protective Equipment!!! To our patients, thank you for your continued support! I have received so many calls and texts checking on me, they were worried about me as a small business owner! Are you kidding me!!!! I seriously have the best patients ever!!! You all have been so understanding with rescheduling during the last couple months. And we thank you in advance for your patience moving forward as we navigate a much different schedule. We are now working trying to catch up, but due to the occupancy restrictions and social distancing requirements have greater limitations regarding scheduling capabilities. Thank you for understanding... You are the best!!! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention my amazing family. My poor 7 year old, Asher, can now discuss in detail the difference between surgical masks, KN95, and N95s... she could teach a class! Mark, my husband, has endured countless hours of business talk and has helped keep me grounded when it all seems like too much! cheers to 6 years.... and many more to come! -Dr Micah

We are so excited to announce that we will be returning to our amazing updated office JUNE 1st!!!! During the first week back, your Precision Dental team will be training on our new protocols and procedures and prioritizing getting patients rescheduled. Starting Monday(and extending through the next several days), we will start the process of reaching out to our patients for rescheduling! Please be patient with us... there are so many people that need to be seen! Scheduling... will be a bit different, at least for a while, so appointment options may be a bit more limited...but rest assured we are so excited to see you, and working diligently to address all of our patients needs!! #StopTheSpread Jackson County Health Department - MO

AN IMPORTANT UPDATE Based on our extensive research, Precision Dental has implemented several additional precautionary measures to make your return to our office safer for you and our team. It was our top priority to base our changes and new procedures on a grounded scientific knowledge that will ACTUALLY serve to reduce viral or bacterial transmission risk. These measures are certainly not intended to discourage you from returning to our office for regular care, but to en...sure that your safety is paramount!! These measures far exceed the basic recommended precautions laid out by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the American Dental Association (ADA). Rest assured that we will also not be returning to normal scheduling until we have all the proper resources in place to do so safely! Unfortunately, due to very high demand, as a consequence of Covid-19 (Corona Virus), some of our most basic, imperative Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) supplies and devices ordered to keep our patients safe are backordered, temporarily unavailable or are still being diverted to hospitals; therefore, we will be postponing scheduling until this essential aspect has been rectified. But, thanks to our early anticipation of the recommendations and our ability to procure limited supplies throughout this crisis, Dr. Snyder can continue to see urgent and emergency cases. However, the inventory available is insufficient to return our entire team to enable a normal schedule at this time, but we sure are looking forward to seeing you soon! Patients: please be watching for a letter coming to your inboxes or texts explaining the new procedures/protocols so you will know what to expect when we are finally able to return to the office!!!!
