Doctor On Demand, like all virtual care and in-person health care facilities, is experiencing unprecedented demand for care appointments due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). However, they are expanding provider capacity and continuing to make enhancements to improve the patient experience during this... high-volume time. While we encourage employees to use our contracted provider Doctor on Demand due to the Coronavirus, there are some additional telehealth options available through BC/BS. Employees can access this information by calling the number on the back of their medical ID card or by logging onto Blue Access for Members (BAM) for BC/BS. If you have any questions, please reach out to your HR team.
