Love Fund For Children

We just got a delivery! This bike will be assembled by one of our amazing Board members tomorrow and then be presented to a special kiddo ASAP! Providing specialty therapeutic equipment is just one of the ways we are serving children in our community this year. Last year was a surprise for everyone but together we rose to the challenges and achieved monumental success. Da’Martae has used an adaptive bike during his PT sessions at both school and Children’s Mercy. Pedaling a bike increases his leg strength, endurance, range of motion, balance and coordination. It is also a socially motivating activity for him as he wants to ride with his brother and peers. Having the Rifton adaptive tricycle at home will help him advance his mobility goals.
