If any of the following apply to you, we kindly ask you reschedule your appointment: ... 1) If You or a Family member are running a temperature or experiencing flu like symptoms. 2)If You have traveled by public transportation in the last 14 days. 3) If You or someone in your immediate household have been exposed to or are awaiting COVID test results. The Holidays and End of the year is upon us. Our Holiday schedule will be as follows: Our last in office day will be 12/23 closing at 3.... We will reopen 1/4/2021 at 8 AM.
