Just my little PSA, the price of flooring definitely has an affect on installation. I’m not saying buy the most expensive but middle of the road or better. Just from experience, I would charge less to install a product that went down faster. Just something to keep in mind the next time you have a project.

Sometimes it’s really hard to explain what all of the costs are for a job. It’s not as cut and dried as time and materials if you truly have a business. There are so many so called contractors out there that just undercut prices either one because they don’t know how to bid a project or they don’t have overhead such as insurance , liability , comp, vehicle, and tools. Your time is worth money so stop giving it away!

From beginning to almost ready for the painter. This walkout has a really good functional space.

Absolutely the best business purchase I have ever made. Not only would I need a trailer with the pickup but I would waste a trip to get it and one to return it. This one trip with all tools and materials would have been impossible.

I’m really happy with the finish product. This one fought me , but I think I won. What do you think?
