To all my customers with 2011 to 2015 Chrysler products. Please get your cooling systems checked and flushed if you still have factory coolant. Get it flushed with a extended mileage coolant. Apparently Chrysler now has a slugging issue like gm did with dexcool. But there chemical reaction is much worse, it get so bad you have to replace the heater core, radiator and thermostat. Chrysler says they have not been able to find the cause, which I highly doubt, they just don't want to admit fault after what this same issue cost gm. You can reference Chrysler bulletin s1207000008
