In honor of Mother's Day, I invite you to view these pictures that my husband, (The co-owner of Liz Harris Photography), took of me with my mother and my children yesterday afternoon. Three Generations of Beauty! HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all of the mothers, grandmothers, aunts, cousins, etc. who have positively impacted the care and well-being of those around them.

I hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy through this very unprecedented and uncertain time. Please know that my prayers are with you! So what have we been up to? Well, I'm trying to focus on the things that are within my control (which if I'm being honest, isn't much). I've been spending this time with my immediate family, checking in with my extended family through different modes of communication (which I usually don't have time to do), doing different proj...ects around my house that have (for years) been overlooked and neglected, and spending time doing things that help my mental state (i.e. baths, listening to relaxing music, reading, etc.). I find that spending time intentionally looking at the silver lining of this stay at home order/Covid-19 pandemic (and there are many) helps me to not focus on the things that I am no longer able to do. I pray that you find and then do the things that bring you peace in your mind and spirit. We will get through this together. We wish you well!
