Progress on 24 Jane. Removed the overgrown landscaping, installed new kitchen cabinets. New windows went in today too.

We bought this house from an elderly woman who was in an assisted living facility. Her daughter was the executor of the estate, and lived out of town. I offered them a fair price for the house and bought as-is. They didn't have to worry about cleaning it out, putting on the market, dealing with mutliple buyers and making repairs.
