Because of circumstances at home, Ilene can not come to our area so I am willing to drive anyone interested in receiving a session with her to Rolla. Please let me know as soon as you can. Thank you.

Most of you know that I am a Massage Therapist and Rubenfeld Synergy Practitioner. Now I am learning something new - Somatic Repatterning - fabulous work for anyone who is experiencing any level of discomfort in their life - physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual. My teacher and developer of this work is Ilene Meyers, an incredible practitioner of 20 + years who lives in Rolla. I love watching her guide folks through the process to free up their mental/physical ene...rgy to live happier, more fulfilling lives. What I know for sure is that our emotional state directly affects our physical body. Tension held in muscle tissue and organ cells can block not only blood flow, but also energy flow - which inhibits how the cells function. From there anything is possible - disease, chronic pain, chronic emotional problems. And, as well, the opposite is possible when you release those holding patterns - healing on all levels - physical, emotional, spiritual. What I really like about this work is that there is a clear path for release by using your own body through the use of muscle testing. Your answers come directly from you; not from someone else suggesting or telling you what is happening. And then, with your new awareness of what is going on, you can make the changes you would love to have happen. Please let me know if you are interested or have any questions. Call me at 417-712-1123, or email.

People regularly make a commitment to fitness. People regularly make a commitment to changing their diet. The difference they'd experience if they regularly made a commitment to massage is mind-blowing.This being the case, it only makes sense that those aches and pains you see your massage therapist for might disappear faster, stay away longer, or even go away altogether with more frequent visits. The consistency of receiving regular massage therapy has the potential to create the cumulative effect of feeling well and feeling better.

Perfect example of how detrimental guilt really is to your life and well being by Lisa Natoli: I was on a retreat with 50 other people and we were asked to do a group exercise where we go around the room and REALLY give the each other a hug. I mean a GOOD hug! The full-on kind where you wrap them in love and stay long enough to feel them wrap you in love. It was GOOD! What many of us didn’t know, was that several people were privately given a grapefruit at the beginning of th...e hugging exercise and told to put the grapefruit somewhere on their person and not to let ANYONE know they had it during the hugging exercise. When the exercise was finished, we were asked to share our experience hugging and being hugged. It was a heart opener to say the least. There were strong, tall, masculine hugs, warm motherly embraces, heartbeats, shy and tender moments, tears, we let Love inwell, you get picture. There were so many unique experiences! However, when the people with the hidden grapefruits were asked to share, every one of them said that they barely even remembered WHO they hugged, never mind what it felt like, because they were so intent on not letting anyone know about the grapefruit they were hiding. It was like they weren’t even in the same room with us! They missed the whole thing!! This is exactly what guilt does to the quality of our lives of our present moments. There is Love all around us but we are oblivious to it!
