House Cleaning position starting at $15/hr. Raises at 2 months to commissioned pay: ($19.03/hr. in homes), 6 months ($19.44/hr. in homes), 1 year ($19.84/hr. in homes), and 2 years ($20.25/hr. in homes). Additional pay if you train. We also offer quarterly and yearly Bonuses, Company-Matched Retirement (IRA), and Paid Vacation. You never have to work nights or weekends! After training 2-3 weeks, you start to get YOUR OWN set of regular houses, usually 2 a day or possibly 3. T...hese customers will be your regular customers that you will do mostly on your own, on an ongoing basis. In order to take care of all of our customers, you will also be doing one-time cleans, fill-in in for others as needed, and helping out at large jobs as needed, during our regular work hours.
