I wanted to jump on here to talk about a few things that went on the past couple of days. First, I would like to thank Millie Kauffman Prichard, Benton Blue Community Christmas committee and all Benton County area businesses and community members for making Benton County Law Enforcement Officers Christmas a lot brighter in this crazy time. Again thank you very much for being able to raise money and help give the Officers a better Christmas. I also want to thank the City of L...incoln business and the community for stepping in and making Lincoln’s 2nd year of Shop with a Cop a hug Success and being able to help out a lot of families make their Christmas a lot brighter this year. I would also like to thank the Lincoln and Warsaw Fire Districts, the Missouri Department of Conservation, Sonic of Warsaw, Warsaw Walmart, Toys for Tots,Warsaw Police Department and all the Police Officers wives for being involved with us in this great event. Next year we are going to Change the name to Holiday with Heroes and continue to include all first responders to help with this great event. Thanks to everyone that helped with this event. It would not be possible without everyone volunteering their time to make the kids experience a success. I hope everyone has a happy and safe holiday season. Chief Bobby Greene
