Little things add up to make a Deep Energy Retrofit. Before we started, there was a leaky pet door, we installed a velcro cover fit to keep out drafts. A velcro cover was added to an attic fan, insulating jacket added to a water heater, and an unused vent was sealed up. These little items can add up to large increases in air tightness, reducing energy bills.
