In honor of Joshua asking God to make time stand still so Israel could have more light during a battle (Joshua 10), we're going to make time go backwards one hour this Saturday night. Sure, some may call it Daylight Standard Time, or Fall Back, but we're going with this story. Hey, this means you can join us at 9:15 Sunday morning for preservice prayer! Woot! We can't wait to worship with you!

Think for a moment of the vast difference between the goodness of God and the evil of the enemy. God’s goodness is so much higher, so much brighter that there is no way to compare the two extremes. Joseph said what was meant for evil, God turned for good. This isn’t God barely saving the day or trying to find a glimmer of good in a mostly terrible story. This is the perfect and powerful goodness of God changing the essential nature of the narrative of your situation into hope, into joy, into power, into testimony. Warfare against the enemy is not a struggle for God. It’s a rout.
