The employee must have full range of motion, physical strength and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certifications to include but not limited to LifeQuest Support Services Agency training, Medication Aid Certification, Standard First Aid and CPR certification, and other trainings and certifications as required. LifeQuest Support Services is now taking applications for a house manager position! Please see details below. Duties include: Manage the delivery of services for clients with developmental disabilities in a residential community setting. House manager will serve as DSP in the home as well as supervise DSP's working on your team to ensure ISP goals are carried out. Manage DSP schedules, implement disciplinary action as needed, manage medication, and serve as shift fill-in as needed. Reports directly to lead staff and administrators. Full-time position.
