April was a record-setting month for Liberty Hospital primary and specialty care clinics. Providers conducted more than 2,000 telehealth visits, allowing patients to be seen from the comfort of their homes.

We know we’re flattening the curve, but the days are long! How can families survive not only the virus, but each other? Our own nurse practitioner Melanie Palma shared with the Courier-Tribune her tips for taking care of mental health while in quarantine.
