CCVI UPDATE#2 - We have water in the pool. Just got the pool filled and circulating. The family couldn't be happier and is now learning the in's and out's of how to manage a pool. Thanks again for all the support and positive vibes around this project.

CCVI PROJECT UPDATE!! Check out the prep work we have completed for this upcoming vinyl liner installation. Pool floor was cleaned up from a grassy mess to almost ready for installation. We should have water in the pool next week if all goes well. Please check back in for updates.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! Enough funds have been raised to start the CCVI project and our teams are underway with the renovation. Before and after pictures will be posted as we bring the project to a close. While we may by supplying the labor and materials, it is the generosity and kind hearts of our friends, customers, and vendors that have made this possible. IN NEED OF YOUR ASSISTANCE!!! We were recently given the opportunity to assist the family of a visually impaired child, Thiago. A recent graduate from CCVI (Childrens Center for the Visually Impaired), Thiago regularly participates in and benefits from aquatic therapy. His family is trying to restore the pool in their new home so that they can more frequently provide him access to a pool, but they neither have the money nor the knowledge to restore the pool. That is where we fit in, with YOUR HELP. We have the knowledge, and ability to help, but are looking for assistance in paying for these renovations. Our family continues to grow...congratulations to Emily and Matt. They welcomed Hank Warren to this world on Sunday morning and everyone is healthy and resting. We're so excited and happy for you. And for the added depth at the water lab.

We need your help! We are trying to gather the funds to do a pool renovation for a family in need with a child of a sever seizure disability. We were contacted by the Children's Center for the Visually Impaired last week about this family. COVID 19 UPDATE: As of March 24, 2020 Leisure World Pool and Hearth, Inc. will be instituting new retail hours and policies, but will remain in full operation on the service side of the business. We are grateful to fall into a category that is considered "essential" during this time and plan to continue to the best of our ability. Instituting new cleanliness standards and practicing social etiquette we are ready to assist. Below is a summary of the changes. NEW STORE HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY 9 AM - 4 PM SATURDAY - CLOSED SUNDAY - CLOSED NEW RETAIL POLICIES: - Limiting the number of employees in the store - this means less people around to assist with phones calls and purchases - Limiting to no more than 10 people, or as local mandates are updated, in the store at one time. All maintaining the social distancing etiquette of 6 feet of separation - Offering curbside delivery for orders called in ahead of time - Offering a water test drop off station (outside of the front door) with extra bottles, pen, and a sheet to fill out with our water test so we can reach you back with the results - Offering delivery of chemicals and materials to your house to prevent trips into the store Please feel free to contact us back with any questions or concerns.

Had a great time at the HPBExpo this year. We learned a lot and were able to see a lot of new products.
