COVID-19 continues to infiltrate our communities and lives unlike anything we’ve ever seen. Our management team remains committed to the safety of our staff, clients, and on-site vendors/visitors. As a result, we are returning to split hybrid schedules in our Joplin office to allow for adequate social distancing protocols. Additionally, we are allowing scheduled guests only. Finally, anyone entering our office must be fever free, exhibit no sick symptoms, and have no known exposure to the COVID-19 virus. These new policies will take effect on Monday, June 15, 2020. The management of Lee Inspection continues to monitor the COVID-19 crisis and create procedures to allow for safe business practices. We are happy to report that beginning Monday, May 4, we will resume most business activities. Our Joplin office will reopen practicing split shifts and strict social distancing protocols. Additional sanitation procedures have also been introduced. We will reopen our office to necessary visitors and vendors following adequate screening. Our WPM... division will begin conducting physical audits again in most areas. High-risk regions will continue to receive virtual audits at this time. Our staff has expanded PPE requirements and will also practice strict social distancing at client facilities. Though physical audits will occur, no client signatures are required at this time and some facilities and factories may experience different than normal audit procedures. All paperwork continues to be transmitted electronically. Our In-line and New Product divisions continue to operate with previously adopted safety measures and sick policies. To date, two of our employees have been placed on quarantine status, but no employees in any division across any state has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. It’s working Wednesday, and we’re putting safety first! Brenda joined our team as a manager in 2013 after Lee Inspection acquired a meter reading team in Vinita, Oklahoma. Since that time, Brenda transitioned to our WPM division where she conducts monthly compliance and quality control audits around the central and south central parts of the nation. In 2017, she was tasked with another part time duty- executive assistant. Brenda is flexible, dependable, and our clients love ...her. In her free time, Brenda enjoys playing with her grandkids, collecting dogs (and bears) and gardening. Thanks for your hard work, Brenda!!!
