STEER WEIGH-IN IS TOMORROW Market Steer Weigh-In will be Saturday, February 13th from 9:00-11:00am at the fairgrounds. There will be a $5 fee for each ani...mal that you weigh in with a maximum of 2 head per person. All steers must weight at least 1,000 pounds by July 6, 2021 to be eligible for the Market Sale. Each exhibitor is limited to the show and sale of ONE market animal. ***NEW INFORMATION: Exhibitor AND legal guardian MUST be present at time of weigh-in of the animal. It is being forecasted that it is going to be extremely cold. Be sure to dress warm, and we will do our best to get you in and out as quickly as we can. Don’t forget: You and your parent/legal guardian will have a few forms to sign/fill out, and it is $5/head. Please be prepared!

Lake Regional received some holiday cheer this week, thanks to students from LCTC. This beautiful poinsettia tree was grown by the LCTC Agriculture Department and is displayed on a base constructed by the LCTC Metal Fabrication Class.

LCTC Agriculture students have been hard at work decorating LCTC for the holiday season. Here they are pictured preparing to hang this wreath on the main building.

Mr. Kitchen’s Introduction to Agriculture class has been busy and reaping the benefits of the great weather! How beautiful are these greens they are growing?!
