January 1, 2021 has made her entrance with a bang and she sure is drop dead gorgeous, but there’s lots of broken tree limbs and heavy stress on the evergreen trees! Praying for some thaw tomorrow! Stay safe and healthy! And yes! Folks are camping!

Halloween is quickly approaching and we ARE still having our Halloween festivities here at Lazy Day, but with some extra precautions in order to keep everyone safe. So, for those of you lucky enough to have a site for October 23/24th we are still Trick or Treating! All those participating in handing out candy, we ask that you bring your candy to the campground still sealed in the original packaging. Please wear a face mask and gloves when opening the bag and handing the can...dy out. The children are encouraged to dress up and are not required to to wear a mask. Of course it is at the discretion of the parents to allow little ones to participate. I will have face masks and gloves available for those who need them. Providing we have good weather, the Trail of Terror will still go on! And this year instead of carving pumpkins we're going to try reverse Tye-dying instead. Bring a black or dark colored t-shirt for your project. We'll be using bleach so a plastic apron or old clothes are ideal. I will have extra black t-shirts for purchase should you forget yours or decide to make a second! I almost forgot! Don't forget to decorate your site! We will judge Saturday night and the Winner will be announced Sunday morning! Lastly, we don't have any sites available at all for this weekend. Stay safe - Stay healthy - Safe travels! See more
