Div V DOR cases have been continued to February 26th. If you were noticed to be there this Friday, please update your calendar. I will try to get ahold of each of you as well. Seneca- March 17th at 1 pm

All but one of you have your Joplin Municipal Court reset this week. If you are the one that is supposed to be there, we’ve already talked. The new court date is February 11th at 1:30. I’ll try to get letters out soon. Division IV set for tomorrow has all had continuances filed. I will let you know the meeting court date as soon as I do. I tried calling everyone but couldn’t get through to some of you. Please watch case.net or call our temporary number of 417-383-5831 in the... meantime if you have any questions. Hey guys, it’s Sara. My husband and I both are sick and I’m on quarantine until the 27th. Cary isn’t feeling too good and is out of the office. We have had several people call with COVID symptoms and want to keep everyone safe during this time, with Cary's age and really for everyone's safety, we made the decision to currently only take appointments and payments over the phone. We originally had Div IV court set for tomorrow. I mailed out corrected letters with the new June 23rd court dates - however, I had a couple people call still thinking it is set for tomorrow. Please note, that none of our clients have Div IV tomorrow and all these cases have been continued to June 23rd. I would hate for anyone to drive out there only to find out they need to be there a different day. Because so many court dates have been moved - not just Div IV - I would suggest that you please call our office at 781-3735 prior to your hearing date to make sure you still have court the date you think or find out if your court date has moved. I have tried to keep up with the letters, but I understand it is a bit confusing especially if you have court in multiple locations. :)

All court dates for Judge Elliston have been canceled until further notice due to COVID-19. Additionally, the Carterville court date has been tested to May 26th. I will get a new letter sent out to all of you. If you have an upcoming court date with our office - 781-3735, please call first to make sure of the court date. Our Joplin Municipal docket has been continued to May 7, 2020 at 1:30 p.m.

Duquesne Court has been rescheduled to April 21, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.

Our Joplin Municipal court date set for April 9th has been moved. I will send out a new letter with the new court date just as soon as I have it. Thank you!
