In the last 90 days there have been 470 sales! The median sales price is $295,500. Average days on market is 16. The median sale price to list price is 98.25%. We just listed a home in OakTree Subdivision on Sunday, had 20 showings, plus another 50 at the open house on Sunday, received multiple offers- this is strong sign, we are in for another aggressive market. My message is simple, get your finances in order prior to looking for a home. Finding a home first, then looking at financing is placing you in a less than desirable location should the home of your dreams come on the market.
