This boar comes f...rom the last mating decision Allen's family made and was one that almost didn't happen. While he was in the hospital he had told his son to leave the hospital and make sure to breed that sow. Allen's Legacy stems back from a 2010 gilt Purchase from Dotson/Wilson. Over the last 10 years they included boars like Augusta, Above All, Rain Dance, Good to Go, Zero tolerance, and his sire High Expectations. His momma was a good one and in her last litter she had 15 born alive! Picture Day It was a great day to take pictures at the Laudwig Farm. It was a little more difficult for our photographer this year as she is 29 weeks pregnant but she toughed it out and did an amazing job.

2 Good and DFH Kat made a lot of babies. 15 pigs born in about 2 hours, unassisted. We left 13 on the sow. Aric and Alex are getting practice with 2 bottle babies before their little one comes this spring! DFH Kat x Zero Tolerance DOB 02/01/2021

Here is a sow that hasn't been pictured before and I'm not sure how she has been missed every year. We call her 2 Good. She is a Zero Tolerance x Good to Go. She is due to farrow a litter of DFH Kat babies any day now. She seems to always have good pigs, in the comments are 3 of her offspring. We think there could be some awesome keeper pigs out of this litter!

Kat x Coming Home (Queeni) DOB January 4th Queeni farrowed 9 and 9 alive Unassisted She had 7 gilts and 2 boars. We are excited to watch them grow! Our dad Allen would be very happy with the way this litter is built.

We got the first two sows in the crates yesterday. Queeni was the only one we were able to get a picture of because of the weather.

We hope you’re all having a safe holiday season! We are thankful to be spending Christmas together. We are also excited for our first litters out of Kat, as farrowing season is only a couple of weeks away for us!

Here is Allen Legacy 3-1, up for discussion. He is our best and only boar we kept intact this year. We were not planning on offering him but are running out of space going into the winter. He is a high expectations x zero tolerance. Purity of 99% and DOB 3-2-20. Also pictured is his littermate and half sib sisters. We also have a video of him we can share.
