Fire Prevention Week Day #3: If we can’t find you, we can’t help you! This image applies more so to county residents. If you live in town, please make sure that your address is displayed and is easily seen from the road.
It's Fire Prevention Week! This year's theme is "Not Everyone Wears a Cape. Plan and Practice Your Escape!" What that means is everyone has a role to play in preventing fire and preserving life in the event of a fire.... We're starting with some situational awareness tips for you and your family to keep an eye out for fire hazards in your surroundings anywhere you go. That, of course, includes having working smoke alarms in your home to alert you to any fire danger. Help us spread the word!
Hwy V and Hwy E are water covered this am.
We will remember every rescuer who died in honor. We will remember every family that lives in grief. We will remember... Today, 343 weighs heavy on all fire departments across the nation. Today, we remember the bravery and sacrifice. Today and everyday. We never forget.
Dan Doofus has to learn the hard way how to prevent cooking fires in this video. Learn about staying safe from his mistakes!
