Our office will be closed Good Friday. This year, in addition to celebrating the death and resurrection of Jesus, our family will be saying a special prayer for our Country and our World that this pandemic and all the suffering and loss from it will end soon. We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful Easter weekend, even with the limitations we are under, and our prayers will be answered and the pandemic will end soon. God Bless.

During these uncertain and scary times, our office has been getting lots of calls from folks wanting to make sure they have their estate plans up to date (or wanting to put a plan in place). With lots of time on their hands, many people are getting to things they have been putting off and having all their critical documents in place seems to be an area being reviewed. Thus, if you find yourself needing to go over your current plan, needing to update your documents (wills, tr...usts, healthcare and financial power of attorneys, etc) or needing to put these critical documents in place, we are still here everyday to assist you. With only myself and my secretary in the office and continually wiping down door knobs, chairs, pens, counters and so forth before and after meetings, some of our clients have been comfortable coming in person. However, we are also doing phone conferences to discuss things and help our clients determine if any changes are needed. We are also using email to send and receive documents for review and updating. So if you prefer to hold off in person appointments at this time, we can still absolutely accommodate your needs.
