We have some really great kids wanting to play basketball ... they just either need some more teammates or coaches. You do NOT have to be a parent of a player to coach. Friends or other family members can also volunteer to coach (still must pass a background check though.) We can combine grade levels to make teams, but younger kids will have to play up. Here is what we have going on: 3rd grade boys - Has five players ... could use 2-3 more and a coach. 4th grade boys - Has f...ive players - could use 2-3 more. THIS TEAM HAS A COACH 5th grade boys - Only three players 6th grade boys - Five players - could use 2-3 more and needs a coach 3rd grade girls - Has five players ... could use 2-3 more THIS TEAM HAS A COACH 4th, 5th and 6th grade girls are all good for players and head coaches! See more

If your child is being told they can only play one sport, something has gone wrong somewhere! www.cusasoccer.org

If you missed signup day it is OK! You can drop forms or payment in the secure mailbox on the porch of the office in the park. It is just a $5 late fee until November 16. You still have plenty of time to get your child signed up! Download the form here: https://drive.google.com//1S6_oq3lS18cyDvUpHyJnMpUzA/view

Basketball sign ups are THURSDAY in the Thiebaud Lobby! Also please note that while practices will start in the middle of November, games do not start until January 8. If you have kiddos that play in a travel league that is done by Christmas, please consider them signing up to play Parks & Rec also. More practice and game experience makes every kid better! We welcome EVERY KID in grades 3 through 6 to come play!!!

Practice Schedule for all teams. Practices can start on April 1. Be sure to double check with your coach on when their first practice will be. Because of the large number of kids we had sign up, it took a little longer than anticipated to get all teams together. Some coaches did not get their lists until this weekend. If you have not heard from a coach by evening on TUESDAY MARCH 30, send us a message here or call the office at 417-682-5851
