Lamar City Park

We will begin taking 2021 Park Shelter Reservations on Monday, November 2 at 8 a.m. in the Parks and Recreation Office in the Park. To reserve a shelter, you must fill out the rental agreement and pay a $25 deposit. The enclosed shelter, Shelter 2 (across the creek from the enclosed shelter), Shelter 3 (by the playground and tennis courts, and Shelter 6 (small metal Memorial shelter across from the outfield of the high school baseball field) are the shelters available to reserve for events. Shelters will be available to rent March 13, 2021 to October 31, 2021.

Lamar City Hall will close at noon Wednesday Dec 2 due to lack of staff. We will reopen Monday Dec. 7 at 8:00 a.m. If you have an emergency call the Fire Depa...rtment at 682-5512.
