Whats up everyone! I haven’t posted in a minute... 2020’s been wild so far, huh?

This was my day today - shooting portraits of all the mothers after they had massages, manicures & makeup! I love working with CSL so much & everyone I get to meet along the way!

Today my costar told me to touch the earth with my hands. I’ve been thinking about spirituality lately & also just realizing how critical my evening walks are to my physical mental and spiritual well-being. Spending time really connecting to nature every day is such a game changer.

Documentation from CSL's 103rd gala this year! I can't speak highly enough of this organization and the people who serve the community. They help people pay off payday loans, receive training to be successful in their careers, open savings accounts, buy houses, improve credit scores, etc. And all of these people live in Independence, thus bettering the community from the inside out. Love them!

End of summer indulgence

This was the second year I returned to the Kansas City Southern to honor their veterans. This time I had each veteran bring an object they carried - either physically or metaphorically, while serving. They then filled out note cards with some text about their objects.
