As Summer comes to an end, we want to remind everyone that our pool stays open until the end of October.....and yes it’s heated! Thanks to the Hatz family for these adorable pictures of their kids. They really enjoyed the pool as well as the swim dock during their stay.

Help us wish Sue a Happy Belated Birthday! She is one of the newer members of our marina crew. She started at the end of last season but we are so glad to have her back this year!

The Lakewood Resort staff is ready to welcome you back! We have everything ready for your visit and extra sanitizing stations around for your use.

Our crew is working hard to get the pool ready to open this weekend. Now if we can just convince Mother Nature to cooperate! Please remember those social distancing and hand washing skills we’ve all become pros at with our new normal.

Here is a little of what we've been up to. We gave the buildings a good wash while there was no one in house. If you ask me the siding hasn't looked this good in years.

Here is another warning on the latest timeshare disposal company contacting Lakewood owners and apparently previous Lakewood owners. Resort Advisors Inc. sent a previous Lakewood owner a letter and invoice to cancel their timeshare. As in the past we can tell you not to give anyone money upfront for any service. Lakewood can not accept transfers from companies like this one anyway. The copy sent to us from the previous owner had an invoice in it for a $1,700.00 transfer fee. Please contact the resort if you receive a letter from this company or for that matter, any company asking for money to dispose of your ownership. Please be safe and stay well during this trying time.
