We have the official results for all events at Online Race Results. There were several corrections from what was posted here this week. All I can say is awesome job and congratulations to everyone. A very special congratulations to the dozen or so who qualified for the National Senior Games in November 2021 in Fort Lauderdale by completing the Sprint Triathlon. Way to go! I will be emailing a link on Get Me Registered as well.

Duathlon and Youth Division Results

Lake Freebird Beginner’s Triathlon Results Great group although the young ones were hardly beginners. They turned in a fantastic performance as did the more senior athletes in this event! The two 73 years young and the one 60 year old were competing in their first triathlon and in fact were beginners!

Good afternoon!! The Lake Freebird Triathlon/Duathlon is in the books. Lots of pictures, results and fun stories but first a big THANK YOU to the Lion’s Club. Without them this event would not happen. I did not get a picture of the whole crew but as they readied to leave I did corral a few for a parting photo.

Just a reminder. We will have a run through tomorrow morning starting at 9:00ish of the various events. The ish after 9 ought to indicate how laid back we are about this practice. We just want everyone interested to enjoy some fellow athletes company and get familiar with the course. The only requirement is you love watermelon for the after completion cool down.
