Due to the inclement weather conditions and for the safety of our staff, we have decided to close today. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The reason we had closed the restaurant voluntarily for two weeks was to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. All of our current staff either got tested negative or showed no signs of symptoms during the CDC recommended 14-day self-quarantine. The local newspapers keep showing the summary of area businesses with multiple cases, but for clarification purposes, we want to reiterate that we have no more active COVID 19 cases. All of our staff members are required to wear a face mask and have their temperature checked before allowed to work. We will be offering gloves and hand sanitizer as we always have. This is an unfortunate situation for all of us, but we will do our best to maintain a safe restaurant environment.

We will reopen on Tuesday, the 7th of July, after consulting with the Barry County Health Department and taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Weekend hours until further notice Friday: 11 AM to 2:30 PM (Lunch) and then 4PM to 8:30PM (Dinner) Saturday: Open all day from 11 AM to 8:30 PM... Thank you.

The Barry County Health Department notified us yesterday that we should continue the Drive-thru only operation until April 30th. A 15% discount (excluding sushi items) will be applied at least until April 30th. All shrimp items on the menu will have new lower prices. You can order favorite items like milky shrimp more often. BBQ Chicken is also available to order from tonight until Saturday. Like and share, Thank you.

Starting tomorrow May 4th we will reopen our buffet bar for dine-in and take out service. There will be guidelines that we are expected to regulate such as keeping a 6ft distance from party to party. The Barry county health department has also stated that no party is to be over 10 people. We kindly ask everyone for patience as we try and adapt to this new reality. The Lai Lai family looks forward to seeing all of our customers once again. We want to thank you for all of your support over the last month.

We will open all day on Friday and Saturday as usual. No Sushi orders between 2:30 and 4:30 as usual, too. Thank you so much for your support.

Today is our 20th anniversary. I appreciate all of my loyal customers and employees. Most of all I thank God for the last 20 years.
