Exciting news on some fresh genetics coming in 2022 to LA Genetics LLC! We have recently purchased from Prairie View Farms full sibling embryos to the great ST Genetics Sire, PVF Blacklist 7077. These sexed heifer embryos are sired by PVF Insight 0129 and out of the great PVF Blackbird 3070 donor female, who had two popular October Pendleton daughters who were featured in the PVF sale this past Friday. We are looking forward to having these genetics implanted soon. We were... also fortunate to purchase in prior PVF sales KR Casino 6243 Sexed Female embryos out of a maternal sister to PVF Insight 0129 and past National Western Stock Show Reserve Grand Female for Caldwell's, PVF Missie 6228. Enjoyed the Frank-Hazelrigg Cattle Company Family Values Sale yesterday in Fulton, MO. We were fortunate to acquire new genetics to our operation with the purchase of Lot 1A, FHCC Blackcap Lady 0529. 0529 is out of the great Basin Blackcap Lady 0172, who ranks as the #1 Marbling and #1 high accuracy $C daughter of Hoover Dam in the breed today. Two maternal brothers are currently in the ABS lineup: Woodland Foremost and Woodland Centerfire. ... A maternal sister was purchased in last year's sale as a heifer pregnancy and recently headlined the Stonewall Ridge Sale generating a $50,000 valuation. After a long day of driving, was able to bring one of our donors back from Manhattan, Kansas today. Thank you to Cross Country Genetics North for taking care and producing embryos out of this VAR Reserve 1111 daughter by Fireball and Regiment. Looking forward to progeny next fall.
