I've had several customers call in the past few weeks needing tires but have no idea what size tires they need. Knowing this piece of information will help your service writer be able to quote you the exact size that you are looking for! But what happens if you tire is slashed, you have a blow out or your tire is just so worn you can read the size?? Never fear! Let me show you what is on the VIN tag inside your driver's door (typically). This little tag tells you what tires are meant to be on your vehicle from the manufacturer and what pressures your tires should be filled to in warm and cold weather. This way we can always find a way to make sure your ride always has the best fit for tires and at the best prices

Keeping with tradition is an important part of Kirksville Autoworks. So when we were asked to keep a tradition going for a customer we couldn't pass up the honor. In 1979 this 1953 pickup was purchased for $25 and was a father son fixer upper for the next 2 years. The time came when the beautiful pickup needed to be stored for safe keeping until the time came for it to be passed down. In April of 2019, we were asked to bring it back out into the light and begin working on it ...for the next generation. Projects like these take awhile to complete and need both shops working together to achieve the same goal. Friday this gorgeous truck went home and back out to cruise the streets just like the good ol' days. This little beauty finally got to go home on Friday with her owner. She had been a work in progress for over 6 years and a labor of love. Caleb and Dakota worked tirelessly to finish up on the body work and interior, while our techs at Troy Mills Auto fine tuned the mechanical components.
