We sent out a semi load of burnt ends to Harps grocery chain today. Our products are making their way in to other states, good job gentlemen.

Due to the overwhelming demand we are going to do Valentine’s Day dinner on Saturday February 13th. It will be the same wonderful three course meal format as always for $40 per person. Zach and Hunter are stuffing out breakfast links today. They are making mild, maple apple and maple blueberry pork sausage links and maple apple chicken sausage links. All of them are fully cooked for your convenience, just brown and serve.

Reviews like this really make our day, thanks John! So my son plays competitive baseball and we had a 2 hour break between games today so had a cookout in the parking lot. I brought 3 packages of the burnt end brats. As they were ready and we said burnt end brats are ready everyone thought we were misspeaking and said there’s no such thing but were very curious as to what they really were. All 18 brats were consumed and everyone was asking where they could buy them. One par...ent even said they don’t like brats and that was literally the first one they have ever had that they liked. And they wanted another lol. Several mentioned the lack of fatty/greasy taste. My wife and I took the brat class in January so I knew about that and told them why. I also took a package of jalapeno and cheddar which were a hit too. You guys have great food and the girls are always friendly and helpful in the store. I told everyone your location and hours and they asked me if I’d bring more next time we have a team cookout Just wanted to share that and say thanks for the great food. It’s always fun cooking for someone and seeing the look on their face when they have anything we got from you guys. Makes us look good!

Anyone interested in a tomahawk sale? We have a whole bin of certified angus bone in beef ribeye we are going to fab up tomorrow. We are figuring we should be able to get at least 150 tomahawk steaks out of it. How many would you order if we offered them at say $9.99/lb?

With the overwhelming response on the pot roast and veggies meal kit we decided to do another one a little different. We have 3 Cornish hens over a bed of wild rice fully cooked and ready to warm and serve. Just add a package of steamed veggies and you have dinner in 25 minutes. They will be available at our store tomorrow by noon. They will be $25 per package

That’ll be a go to when we want something nice. Here’s a couple pictures. Now we need the Chiefs to kick it back in gear.... The Chiefs heard you buddy! Now let that good soggy have a bite.

What is everyone grilling for the Chiefs game? We have tomahawk ribeyes or our smoked pork chops cut and ready to go. Looking for something different, how about a tri-tip. We will see you soon, go Chiefs!

They are ready! Seasoned pre-cooked pot roast! Just warm and serve, they average 5-6lbs and are $5/lb and will feed 4-5 people.

The pot roast packs have been made and are getting ready to cook. They will be ready to sell by Wednesday. You will be able to have fork tender pot roast in less than 30 minutes warming
