Coming soon we will have a NEW online Facebook Groupthat you can join for a low monthly fee w/ online classes by our current teachers! Same as with yoga... start where you are.

Focusing on our breath and what we are physically doing in yoga takes our mind off the constant barrage of thoughts bombarding our brains. Maybe it only happens during yoga class at first but eventually, we take what we learn on the mat into our everyday life. It's a process.

This was the first thing I noticed about yoga, different from a cardio workout. I was about 39, and I was like watch out... I'm feeling 20 again. Now I'm 60, feeling about 40 - Helen
