Every time you say yes to that thing, offer help, and show up for others. Remember to give yourself that same love, support, and help. Don’t forget to show up for yourself, even when you have been taught or placed in the role to help others and that is what makes you feel needed and important, understandable! But remember you are worthy of the same! You deserve to be loved in that way!
