It's #backtoschool month, so KPFF is highlighting some of our education projects. We provided structural engineering services for John Burroughs School's new STAR Building. This 76,500sf facility contains science and practical arts classrooms, engineering and science laboratories, a two-story library, and an auditorium. The building’s green roof is one of many sustainable design elements that contribute to the facility’s LEED Gold ranking. The Lawrence Group was architect and PARIC Corporation was the contractor for this project.
