If I could give any advice when it comes to health & wellness it would be to not make a New Years resolution. Decide to develop HABITS. Work toward new HABITS. Make your workouts about how you feel that day not what you’re working to change. @atomic.habits_ This is the happiest I have EVER been in my own skin. This is the nicest I have EVER been to myself mentally. I took 2020 as a time to work on myself mentally. The area I always struggled the most in. The area in my we...llness journey that got hit harder than ever before this year. I didn’t take a step away from fitness but I did change my focal point to what I felt I NEEDED to do physically, mentally & spiritually daily. Instead of looking in the mirror & picking everything I want to change about myself.. I now look in the mirror & affirm five things I love about me. This isn’t something you can just do overnight. I still work through challenges daily. Give yourself grace. Affirm & believe what you want is already done.. no matter how long it may take. Never lose your belief. Behind your belief level is your success level. Hold true to that. @msrachelhollis #didntseethatcoming Hold true to what you BELIEVE God put you on this Earth to do. No one is perfect. We are all God’s angels, but we are human. Not every day will play out the way you feel it should. 2021 will be about GROWTH. Spiritually. Mentally. Emotionally. Physically. Financially.
