I installed a disaster prevention kit on this 6.7 powerstroke. Installing this kit will save you thousands in the event of a high pressure fuel pump failure. So instead of metal trashing your injectors and fuel rails, contaminated fuel is diverted back to the tank to be filtered before reaching your injectors and rails. Got a superduty in the shop, it’s getting some transmission work, new clutch, flywheel resurfaced, rear main seal, all new fluids in rear ends, trans, and transfer case. Had this Chevy in the shop recently, the fittings in the radiator for the engine oil cooler, and the transmission oil cooler where leaking. Instead of just replacing the fittings we upgraded it to a better radiator, with better cooling capability.
