Just finishing up the first car of three at St. Regis Apartments, St. Louis, MO. New basement machine (by Torin) and a beautiful cab interior by G&R. A great job by the good folks of Allrise Elevator!

Proud of our firm’s involvement in the Hotel St. Louis project at 705 Olive. A great job by BSI Constructors and Midwest Elevator.

Another reason I hate hoist rope oilers left on too long. Gumbed up grease deposits in the hoist ropes make spotting broken wires more difficult.
